I’m not sure if I’ve already left a review but I felt inclined to leave another updated one just in case. The staff here is SO FRIENDLY! I am always greeted by the lovely Ky and Jenny. They’re some of my favorite people to talk to and I’m always so happy when I see them! Highly recommend coming here!!!

Rude as heck, was getting another pair of glasses for the year and the lady said I had to wait without even checking. Checked out payed deductible and they sent me a 20$ bill? You can stick it where the sun dont shine and I'll switch from Davison to SVS and be done with you guys all together! Best of luck.
So approx 4 weeks ago I 1st went to this establishment to get a new pair of glasses made. I was greeted by Verda a lady who was too busy eating on the job. Dont they have lunch hours? I told her Im in a hurry if she could measure my eyes etc and I'll get out of her way. She instead was talking to someone on the phone instead of taking care of the customer in front of her...(me) then this Walmart employee walked up and she was busy fixing her spectacles. Im still sitting there in front of her. Finally she measured me and I paid for the glasses and went about my way. She told me it will be ready on the 14th of Jan. 14th came and went...and I called..."Ohh sorry its still in the lab" So on the 15th miracuously glasses are ready. I showed up on the 16th morning and she fitted my glasses to me. I kept saying its all blurry. She says ohh its going to take a few days for the eyes to get used to it. On the 17th I showed up and spoke to Jenny. She re-measured me to find out the progressive lenses were at 34. I need a 29. So they remade it again...by now 4 weeks have gone by... FINALLY I get my new glasses on last Saturday the 25th..... and guess what? I CAN SEE FINALLY!!!!!
Great experience with staff and with getting new glasses. Jennifer was especially helpful. Entire staff wore masks and disinfected common areas and tools. Price wasn't bad for having no insurance. No pushy sales of unwanted frames and lens extras. Very accommodating and service excellent
I had to change eye doctors because mine had left. This location was able to get me in super fast. Laverda, Jenny and Dr. Patel were all very sweet and accomodating. Happy I was able to make the switch to this location!
