I had the best experience. The office was clean and fast and super helpful. They took time with me. I had to bring my baby with me and they all interacted and talked to him. It was a great appointment and I'm so excited to pick up my new glasses! Thanks guys!

Recently got a exam and script filled, excellent service with knowledgeable, friendly staff. The Dr. answered all my questions and over all I am very happy with the experience and my cool new glasses.
My experience was very good with the ladies at the vision center. My glasses were $130 cheaper than last year from another company. But my appointment took an hour an half. Because they were busy and the female helping me was in training.
Had an issue with the fit of glasses I purchased elsewhere. Maria N customer service was spectacular. She was friendly and kind. She adjusted my glasses professionally and made it a great experience. Thank you
Dr. Patel and staff are extremely difficult to work with. From trying to invalidate 12 month vision results in 9 months and offering no explanation, to being rude, petty and combatant on the phone, they were useless. I also had to cancel three appointments for my kids because the eye doc has never seen children before. The vision tech wanted to argue about that, also. We went to Ford rd location and haven't had an issue. Go to another location. I should've trusted my instincts when the tech who initially helped me was wearing a filthy lab coat and lacked basic personal hygiene skills.
