Walmart Vision Center

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Optical Center, especially thanks to Linda. The staff I encountered was very nice, extremely helpful, and made the whole visit pleasant from start to finish. I called to make an appointment and was able to get one the same week, which was great. When I arrived for my appointment, the check-in and paperwork were quick and easy. I had a brief initial check with Linda, who was friendly and professional, and then I saw the eye doctor. He was quick, very nice, and informative he answered all my questions and provided great information. After my exam, Linda checked me out, and she truly did an excellent job 10/10. Because of her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism, I would highly recommend this optical center. I’ll definitely be sharing my experience with others, and I plan to bring my family here as well. The glasses I choose I am really happy with.

Nice people work there and I got a quality eye exam. The optometrist Doctor Steven Habib was very professional and very nice and it was a pleasant experience getting my eyes examined. All I needed was an eye exam for work. They didn't try to upsell me by suggesting that I needed to get classes there. I just needed an eye exam for work because my company pays for the glasses but not the eye exam. My exam was at 5:00 but because my schedule changed I came a couple hours early. I told them that I would wait but the assistant had me fill out my paperwork and it just so happened that the doctor came in after about a half an hour and gave me my exam. So I would recommend this vision Center to anybody looking for an eye exam or eyeglasses.

Visited to seek assistance regarding some damaged lenses (puppies, am I right?) and Linda walked me through the steps, thoroughly explaining the process, even going as far as APOLOGIZING for the wait. Truly a very kind woman, you can tell she enjoys her job and helping people like myself. Thank you so much! 6/5 ☆ if I could.

Nice people but Horrible experience when it comes time to purchase the glasses.Was sent a bill for something I wasn't informed would be a possibility of happening. Even if it's insurances fault. Don't expect any type of customer service basically useless in that department. The eye doctor was professional but that's pretty much it. Id avoid this place the glasses aren't even cheap. Felt like I was scammed.

The optometrist is nice, handsome and funny. I felt very comfortable. Then the ladies were smiling and happy. They were very helpful. My sister, daughter and I went there. They have a little chalk board for the children to play on. The prices were decent. I brought my own glasses in and I was completely satisfied with the service. 😊😊
