Walmart Vision Center

Hello, I've never been to this location, but when i went here, very comfortable experience, no rushing, they took their time with me. Very nice and courteous and patient and very fast service, which I really love. And it's a plus and also I found some fleece throws for a $1 clearance while I was there, i purchased a lot for the kids in the neighborhood. It was very nice experience here and I can't wait to receive my glasses, she actually helped me combine the tent color (a color theydidn't have)a colors (Blue)with another color (Yellow) which got my favorite color for tent was olive green, which was so perfect and I appreciate her for going above and beyond for my perfect color,which a lot of eyeglass facilities will not do! I hope you guys come here and enjoy the experience like I did and enjoy the store.

I would like to express my concern regarding the behavior of the manager during my recent visit. I found her demeanor to be quite rude and disrespectful, which negatively impacted my experience. Additionally, I felt that her actions reflected a lack of respect for customers, and I perceived elements of racism in her treatment. This is disappointing, as customer service should prioritize respect and inclusivity. I hope that steps can be taken to address this issue for the benefit of future customers.

Best service I have ever received from Mrs. Papia. She was so Patience that she tolerate me for at least an hour and helped me to find the right pair of eye glass. Thank you so much for your service. Definitely I will be back to this Walmart Vision center.

I placed an order for contact lenses at the in-store Walmart Vision Center on October 30, 2023. Not receiving a text notification about my purchase, I returned to the Vision Center, hoping it was a phone-related issue and that the lenses were available for pickup. Upon inquiry, I was informed that there was an issue with my order, and they would need to reorder the lenses. Despite waiting patiently, I still did not receive any notification. Subsequently, I called the Vision Center, and the representative informed me that there was a delay in the shipment. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, I'm starting to feel concerned as the process seems to be taking longer than expected.

I went to Walmart vision at 12 Mile rd and Van Dyke yoday Monday May 20th and the sales associate was very rude. She was a short lady with a hijab. I went to ask about warranty fir my mother's eyeglass frame and she looked it up and responded rudely. Then I said ok I will go ahead and purchase the frame. She placed the frame on the counter then asked how will I pay I said card. Again she rudely said take it overthere to that machine. After everything was done I asked her where are the frames she said overthere. I then asked her why was she being so rude. She never even asked if the frames needed adjusting or anything. My mom then got the frames and said let go to another Walmart to get it adjusted. She was very unprofessional.
