Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both women working were happy to give me their thoughts while trying different glasses on, which is very helpful. I am beyond impressed with the speed in which they had the products in my hands. While I wouldn’t expect all orders to ship this quickly, I ordered on Friday afternoon and had my new glasses on Monday afternoon. I was certain they had called the wrong patient! Highly recommend

I came in on Christmas Eve to get some new contacts from here. the lady informed me my prescription expired and that I’d have to schedule a appointment to get contacts. In my experiences prior you were given about a weeks supply of contacts to get through till your appointment. She refused to get any contacts and was rude with a condescending tone the whole time. She never once seemed like she actually wanted to help. She lied and told me I needed to update both prescriptions and that I couldn’t do one or the other. I know I can as I have before since I never wear glasses. I didn’t know Walmart employed the grinch as now my holiday season is spent blind. I would leave less stars if I could! I really hope that your boss flags you and sits you down for a talk because dear god you don’t deserve a job.
Their manager,Tanya Gustafson, is THE person to go to when picking your glasses! I am more than pleased with our experience. She can determine the size (to the mm) of glasses lenses that will work with your face. I went with my mom to pick her new frames, and Tanya was so great with her, I actually went two days later and got a new pair for myself. When I need new glasses, I will follow her anywhere - she's that great!
Not willing to help you playing on there call was more important than any person in the store wow Then when you get someone to come and help out very quickly to tell you that you’re insurance is not going to cover one dam thing that you need to do and then they told me that I need to pay with my credit card upfront for them to do anything for you so being told this i just walked out and I will never go back
The staff is very friendly and very helpful when it comes to picking out glasses.
