Walmart Vision Center

Today I broke my glasses this morning. The Technician Chan help me out with my frames. She’s was very nice and very helpful. People like her deserve the best always. She told me she can fix the frame or I can buy a frame if I wanted to. I decided that fixing the frame was the best option. It only took 15 minutes and my frame was fixed. She refused to charge me for her service. I’m very happy for this. Also she clean my lenses. Thanks 🤓

I have gotten my boys’ glasses and my glasses at least 3 or 4 years. Both Chan and Luda have been there the whole time and know what they are doing. Luda has fixed my boys glasses a few times at the beginning of those years without charge and helped with frame replacement under warranty. I got a lot of compliments on both my $20ish and $80ish frames. I love being able to get a pair of glasses for under $250.

I have always been skeptical to have my glasses made in a Walmart store. I decided to give it a try expecting not the best. However, I had a big surprise! Not only I’m happy with my glasses but Luda was fantastic, not only she was very professional and 100% knew what she was doing, she treated me with so much courtesy and respect and I’m not an easy client to be honest. She answered all my questions and didn’t let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with my glasses. I hope this lady is getting paid very well for all she does, she deserves a good pay! I highly recommend the vision center and don’t forget to ask for Luda, she will give the best customer service experience and she will make sure everything is perfect.

I went to Walmart to get an eye exam done. I was worried I would have troubles finding a pair that fits my very wide face. I was able to find a pair. Luda helped me make the best decision for lenses. She was very personable and wanted to make sure she stayed within my budget. I highly recommend working with Luda!

Fantastic service here! The two lady receptionists were great and the doctor was very kind, patient and understanding. My first time ever going to Walmart for my eye care and will definitely be back. Great experience! Thank you, all three of you!
