Dr. Gray was amazing and kind. The ladies in the vision center were quick to offer their opinions even while busy helping other patients. Making my visit feel like it was a special event and everyone was invited. Smiles all around.

Dr. Gray is amazing.. the other staff I can not speak so highly of. I booked an appointment on the app, put in my insurance and everything was fine, no charges. I show up for my exam and the wait was long but expected, it was busy that day so I have grace for that. What is upsetting is AFTER my exam they tell me they don’t take my insurance. I had 2 choices from them, either pay full price or walk away with no prescription. I was in there for 2+ hours if I walked away with no prescription that’s a waste of my day and I NEEDED an updated prescription as my old one is expired, so I paid full price. A week goes by and I come to pick up my glasses, I try them on, and expressed how my vision was not any better putting them on, especially in my right eye. The lady didn’t offer any help on her end other than asking if I wanted to buy cleaner for my glasses and if I wanted adjustments so they wouldn’t fall off my face. So in my head with her all nonchalant about it I’m thinking maybe I just need to get use to the new prescription? So I told her no on the other recommendations and decided to walk around the store as I needed other things. I legit could not see out of my right eye though so I went back and told the Lady there’s no way I can wear these, I can not see. She looked on the computer and did whatever she needed to do and was like oh yeah you’re correct, you can not see out of the right eye because somehow there is a +.50 and you actually need the -.50 ha…..we will get the corrected, it’ll be another week or so. SO not only did I have to pay full price when that was not expected since I DO have insurance but I paid full price for glasses that are not even the right prescription and if I didn’t speak up who knows what could’ve happened to my eye health!! It’s ridiculous and unprofessional to be giving a customer a WRONG prescription and not picking up on the mistake before handing them over to the customer. I will not be a returning customer as I can’t not trust my eye care with this company.

Can’t keep my 5 stars. Dr. Gray is an iconic personality. He answered every one of my questions even if they seem trivial. The staff is friendly. They're all honest with you about what add-ons are worthwhile. My issue is the prescription needed to be revised but the insurance held up payment for this return, I didn’t get them back for 3 weeks. Yet the bifocal wasn’t aligned correctly; they are too low and crooked. Now no one face is perfectly symmetrical, so I hope a rerun visit will get if balanced.

Eye exam to make sure a piece of metal wasn't stuck in my left eye. The whole staff was great. They were able to have me as walk-in 15 minutes before the doctor was to leave for the day. Doctor was a great conversationalist, a veteran, efficient, effective, and knowledgeable.

Dr Gray is the best eye doctor I have visited. Not only is he very smart, but he is extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. Angie helped me with getting my glasses and she’s is amazing as well! I could not recommend them more!
