I've been wearing glasses/contacts since I was 5, so I've been to A LOT of doctors. Dr. Gebhardt is the best one I've ever been to. She is thorough and explains everything, some just assume you know all the things. She takes time to answer and questions and has ordered me contacts in varying decibels of my prescription to make sure I like exactly how they fit/feel and how I can see. I will never go to another Doctor as long as she's an option.

Virtual Dr exam? Really? And it's 170 bucks? Y'all are crazy!! Never again.
DO NOT GO HERE..long waits with appt. My daughter was seen 3 months ago and we are still waiting for the Dr to write her contact script. TheY wanted her to try a new sample pair that took over a month to come in, now waiting over a month for another sample. Ridiculous! My daughter is out of contacts trying to get help here is impossible. What a nightmare and waste of time and money. Her old script was fine. They don't care about customers here once they get paid they could care less if your suffering waiting for contacts. Total disgrace!
Came in an hour early for my appointment. Been here since 10 am. It's 12pm with 2 people still in front of me still.... My original appointment was 11:20... They stack appointments to make money while making their appointments wait over an hour + to get done. Worst eye doctor inside a walmart I've been to.
This review is long overdue to applaud the great care the doctors and staff members have provided at the Walmart Super Center Vision Centers in both Branson West and Springfield, MO. The extended hours have been a life-saver as well as the quality time the personnel have dedicated for my complex vision needs to prescribe and fit gas permeable contact lenses for more than 20 years! When the vision centers were closed during the pandemic I was referred to a local well-recommended eye doc, but in a year's time was never able to be fitted with the correct prescription or with lenses that did not cloud up. I am so thankful for the great care through the years --especially for Dr. Karen Gephardt's indications of other health problems detected through the thorough eye exams -- and I pray that Walmart becomes committed to supporting and recruiting staff that provides such great care!
