Vision Clinic - Springfield

This was my first visit to this clinic, and I had a wonderful experience. Myka kindly offered me a same-day appointment and was very patient with me, even though my English is not very good. I truly appreciated that. Dr. Kevin is an excellent professional. He performed a thorough examination, prescribed the necessary medication, and explained everything clearly and efficiently. Thank you all so much. You are doing a fantastic job!

My eye exam and frobt end customer service was good but I wanted to do a big SHOUT OUT to Ashleigh who was my optician. She went waaay over and above helping me find and fit new glasses. She also took the 2 other pair of glasses I had in my purse and adjusted and cleaned them. She then fitted them to my face and made more adjustments. I was so grateful! Best customer service EVER. Highly recommend Vision Clinic.

They are great they do not try to sell you all kinds of things that you don’t need for your eyewear. Dr Mitzi Lewis was fantastic she explained everything and went over everything that I went through. And that is the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Also the girls that helped me with my frames were great they make you feel right at home and relaxed. Keep up the Great Work

I love the Vision Clinic. The staff are always great, location is good and their space is so clean. I wish I could give half stars because they really ate a 4.5 place. The missing star is just because I always feel there is room for improvement. I never see the same Dr. and that’s okay! My recent visit wasn’t bad in anyway but the particular Dr I saw was a little cold? If that’s the right word. I’m unsure. Kind, explained well, all the things a Dr should be. Just barely smiled and wasn’t “friendly”. But everyone has different personalities. I’ll definitely continue to go here for my vision needs.

Vision clinic has always served my client well, but yesterday Riley went above and beyond showing compassion and patience and truly making the whole appointment a positive experience. Riley made sure to address the patient rather than their staff and engaged with them fully, making sure each test was understood and completed as far as it could be while also being comfortable and accessible
