Eyemart Express

I just wanted to make this review as soon as I can. I have an upcoming appointment, and Rhonda (staff on the front desk) was very helpful and kind. She even made a call about our insurance coverage making sure that everything’s good to go on our appointment. I appreciate this kind of service. I will recommend this optical to our friends! Update: Just finished my appointment yesterday and got my glasses within the same day! The staffs are very nice and accomodating. Chayanne (I am not sure if I spelled her name correctly), she did my eye check up before seeing Dr. Kickham. She is very professional and explained each procedure very well. Dr. Kickham is also great! Chanelle assisted me after my check up and is very patient with explaining about the insurance coverage and helped me choose my eyeglasses. As a first time customer, it’s an excellent experience!

Came in for prescription safety glasses on what appeared to be a very busy Wednesday afternoon and thought there would be a long wait, however that was not the case. I was helped by Viv who made the experience very easy. I was told my glasses would be done in 1 hour. Again I was surprised to receive a message 25 min later that my glasses were complete. Very pleased with my experience. 10/10 would recommend

Her clear communication and efficiency made the whole process—from choosing frames, lenses to finalizing the order and 2 pairs of glasses ready for pickup within 30 minutes —absolutely outstanding. It was such a blessing choosing these guys! Walking in i was greeted warmly and was helped by Tiffany who represented the company very professionally and customer service was truly top-tier! Tiffany was awesome, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about product and being me the glasses I needed. Helped get them fitting right and feeling comfortable on my face and around my heading aid. She takes great care of my entire family. Thank you for the great service.
