When I went in for my first appointment, the equipment had not been cleaned and had make up on it. I pointed that out and they cleaned it, but I noticed they didn't clean it after I was done. When they did my exam (virtual) they went very fast. I got my glasses a week later, and the prescription was way too strong. I made a second appointment. The two techs are very busy between working up front and having to run back to work the equipment, so sometimes you're just sitting there with someone on the virtual screen waiting on the tech to come back to work the equipment. Unusual model, but that's the way it is set up. My biggest concern is the infection control practices of the equipment, and the many instances of the prescriptions being wrong. There are other reviews that express that problem, and there were other people in the store both times trying to resolve that same issue. I've seen other reviews that also experienced having a 10 AM appointment time but the mall doesn't open until 10- so be prepared to run. Read the responses to these reviews- very routine and generic. I will definitely not return here in the future.

I left this store in tears after being treated with absolute dismissal by a tech who simply refused to do his job. I was quoted an out-of-pocket cost of $200 after insurance for a 6-month supply of contacts. When I explained that I am a single mom, that the math didn't seem right, and that I simply could not afford that unexpected cost, I was given zero solutions and actively ushered out of the store. It turns out my intuition was 100% correct. The tech completely misread my insurance benefits because he didn't bother to look at the second page of the document. His laziness and lack of basic competence caused me an incredible amount of unnecessary stress and anxiety. Bypassing a patient's valid questions and pushing them out the door instead of double-checking your paperwork is unacceptable customer service. Management needs to heavily retrain their staff on how to properly read insurance policies and how to treat human beings with basic empathy. Not to mention the long wait times and only using telehealth instead of in house doctors. This store is highly not recommended.

Went here for years and after they went to having a tele-doctor their prescriptions are WRONG. I went and got proof that they don’t measure your eyes nor cut your glasses correct. Attached is the proof that they will make your glasses and prescription wrong. Do not go here.

From checking in to checking out everything went well. Angela was great! She was very helpful, nice and professional. I might add she was working by herself and still was all those things. Angela definitely deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for how she handled herself in a very stressful situation, she was awesome!

So easy. Scheduled the appointment for a Monday afternoon. They had my eye exam done in less than 30 min. Both techs were very professional and kind. The virtual doctors were competent and gave great advice.
