From the eye exam to picking out my new glasses, the entire team at LensCrafters was absolutely wonderful. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They were patient as I took my time choosing the right frames, and their guidance made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. Dr. Goddard was phenomenal as well as the front desk staff. We had a wonderful experience. Dr. Goddard took the time with us to explain our daughter’s prescription and what would be best for her moving forward. She is very kind and thoughtful and great at what she does! I highly recommend!

Loved everything about this experience except that I had to spend more money on lenses and frames afterwards than I would have liked to but that's an insurance issue. The exam itself was only $25.00. Great staff and doctor. I saw Dr. Kim Pilkington. This was located inside of Lenscrafters in Battlefield Mall. He and the staff did for the eye exam were amazing. Dr. Kim Pilkington was patient and very attentive! I saw Erin after to get my glasses ordered. She was amazing as well!

Very pleasant experience. The staff were helpful and interested in helping me choose eyewear to fit my style. When the doctor determined my prescription needed advanced technology they were very generous in helping me find the proper provider and took care of the insurance, so my benefits will still apply for the additional services. I will definitely recommend them.

Everyone that we interacted with was kind and thorough. They explained everything they were doing and allowed time to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. We had exceptional service out front picking out frames and getting what we needed in our lenses and offered a protection plan for them.
