I got my contacts prescription last week, they gave me trial lenses. The next day the left one fell out of my eye. They gave me another one. I very much appreciated this. Couple days later, left one breaks in half (not great) I wanted to just wait until I got my actual contacts instead of getting ANOTHER trial one from them for free So I called them and my contacts are on back order and they told me they can give me another one for free So I drove 30 min to get my stupid left contact and he says they don’t have any that would work for me and “whoever I talked to didn’t know what we have in stock”. It was Kevin that I dealt with in store today. And I’m like well I wouldn’t have came all this way if I knew that, yall said you had some Then I was like well is there anything I can do about my order being back ordered can I get a different kind or something And he, Kevin, said “I can’t make UPS drive faster” I said “well that’s a rude thing to say” I had them cancel my order. I placed an order myself on 1800 contacts. I understand some things are unavoidable but I would have appreciated some effort into a solution rather than “I can’t make UPS drive faster.” I felt extremely disrespected. I also feel like they most likely do have another trial one in store but he didn’t want to give it to me because this would be my second time needing a replacement. I just wanted to be able to see until my contacts come in the mail… I guess I’ll be back wearing glasses for now. Side note, Timothy helped me get my contacts the first time and he was great - that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of one :-) Kevin was very rude and I won’t be back to Eyeglass world.

What a great experience! I am disabled and barely able to walk. But I had to get glasses. Victoria was so thoughtful while being professional and detail oriented. She ran around bringing the frames to me because I couldn't ambulate nor could I stand for any length of time. She kept going until we found just the right pair! She made this experience better than I could have imagined. I had been dreading it for weeks (I'm homebound and am on 24/7 oxygen). And of course, she had the job of putting them all back after I left. Thank you Victoria, you made my day!
Bad experience. When I came to pick up my glasses the lens were wrong. They said they have to redo it. I have a long drive the next week so I told the lady I really need them. She said they can make me a single vision using my own frame for 44 dollars but we decided to wait. Maybe they can make it on time. Three days later I received a message that my glasses are ready. That wasn't true. I ask the guy if he can make me a single vision but he said they don't have the capability. I don't know who between him or the lady I previously talk to is lying.
Alex, Noah, and Robert were all great! I called first, and Noah walked me through the full process and was very thorough. Then, when I came by, I talked with Alex who was also very professional (even while helping a separate, rude customer at the same time - and killing them with kindness.) Finally, Robert walked me through how I could get a 2nd pair of glasses for $50, so naturally I did that too. Everybody involved was professional, thorough, and efficient. Typing this in their parking lot - Oh, and I’m picking up my glasses TOMORROW! Thanks again guys!
Had a great experience, out of pocket cost was extremely reasonable with no insurance, techs were fantastic and the doctor was no nonsense to the point and thorough. Eric helped round out my appointment and was hilarious and informative. Which is a great combination. Clean facility with a good selection of frames at a multitude of price points. Good appointment range and availability!
