Walmart Vision Center

Art the optometrist seems to have trouble helping certain groups. He helped the Mexicans that were in there. After he helped the Mexicans he rushed right over to help the white person. He didn't even speak to or acknowledge us. He decided to take a phone call instead. After his phone call he then hung up and picked the phone back up again. This time no phone call just holding on to the phone as if he's thinking of dialing another number. We walked around the whole store in front of him hoping he'd ask if we needed anything. No I'll be right with you, no eye contact, no anything until I asked him his name and position. After that we had enough of his shenanigans and left. Would leave no stars if we could.

I've worn glasses/contacts since I was 9 and am now over 50, and have been almost everywhere to get contacts. I absolutely was impressed with the care I received at this location. The doctor was very thorough and worked with me for a few weeks to get the perfect fit for my contacts. The staff was also friendly and helpful. :)

I've worn glasses since I was a child and this experience is the best ever. Doctor was very thorough. Optician was helpful but I was not happy with the frame when my glasses were done. Returned for a new frame choice and I've now have exactly what I wanted and they were accommodating the whole way

Here's a shout out to Brandi Dunn, Vision Center Manager. Brandi has superb customer service skills. She is very knowledgeable about the products that are sold. She is very patient with the elderly customers and answers questions thoroughly. Brandi sets an example for all employees to achieve her level of professionalism. I can honestly speak from personal experience as she has assisted my family recently. Brandi is definitely an asset to the Walmart organization.

The optometrist is wonderful. Thorough, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful as well. My entire family goes here and we are all pleased with glasses and contact. I would recommend to anyone.
