Walmart Vision Center

These folks are amazing! So helpful and patient!

Absolute worst experience The manager Edward pretended he was making a phone call to verify our insurance and I watched as he pushed the pound key 15 times was never actually making a phone call was just pushing the same number over and over I waited two weeks for them to get these glasses ready to order for me and was told that they would call me back. I have called several times never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional and very uneducated staff. Leona was too busy on her phone to engage with customers.

I cannot say ENOUGH about the team in the vision center! Ms. Trish and Mr. Steve has taken care of me as if I was their daughter! Mr. Steve has cared about my vision since 2015 and I will not go anywhere else! As a retired service man, he takes so much pride in his work and it shows! (Thank you for your service in the military and at Wally World!) Such personal service and care! I appreciate their time and concern for my vision, comfort and pocket book, more than I can express! Thank you Thank you Thank you! I CAN SEE AGAIN! Xoxox

I have been to this vision center for years now and they are AMAZING. If I ever am in a jam with contacts or lose one, they are happy to help with trials. Steve has always been fantastic and so accommodating. I will not purchase contacts from any other retailer.

Adrena at the Long Beach store is fantastic! Works hard to meet your needs and find the perfect glasses for you. Had to return to the vision center with an issue with my eyeglasses. Steve and Stormy went above and beyond to satisfy my vision issue. It truly is a fantastic vision center that is very customer focused with terrific service, great eyeglasses assortment and a very good price. Just not accustomed to such good customer service. Thank you.
