Walmart Vision Center

The ladies here at Walmart Vision center saved me money!!! I accidentally broke my glasses and was told by other stores that it couldn't be repaired but the ladies here at Walmart Vision Center took the time to repair my glasses. They're professionalism, knowledge and attitude are top notch. Thank you for your help.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have for the staff at the 10th Ave vision center. Kylie, the manager and Sarah, were incredibly personable and helpful. I went in there as a Longshot today trying to buy some contacts for an upcoming lake trip with my family, and they not only helped me with that, but Kylie adjusted my ill-fitting glasses while I was there! My glasses haven't fallen off my face since. That is a game changer for a mother of two toddlers! The service I received today made my day and I left smiling with an experience that really made me feel valued as a walmart customer. It isn't the kind of treatment I would anticipate from a store like walmart but more of a small family owned store. As long as Kylie and Sarah are working, I will gladly take all of my eyecare needs for myself and my family to them.

I brought in a prescription and the vision center staff went the extra mile to ensure the fit and style of my glasses was perfect for what I needed. The staff discussed the different lense options for my daily wear, sunglasses and even replaced my workspace lenses in an older pair of glasses. I had a small chip in one of the lenses and they ordered a new pair of lenses to swap them out. Orders arrived quickly for all glasses and lenses. I highly recommend the Great Falls East side Walmart Vision Center.

I dropped a pair of frames off (purchased here) that we’re just about 3 years old, to get new lenses. Sarah was really helpful and unfortunately when they tried to put new lenses in them, the frame broke. Sarah talked to her manager, and her manager (I forgot her name) opted to replace the frame for me instead of me having to purchase a new frame. Great customer service!
