After a frustrating and HORRIBLE experience at the Hickory NC Vision Center, the Morganton NC center was a pleasure. I went with my 82 year old mother's glasses. She had dropped them and the lens came out. The optical technician, Bob, went above and beyond to get the glasses in good shape. Bob, Kristian, and Alejandra all made me feel like they WANTED to help me. Kristian answered the phone when I called before driving all the way from the Hickory location. She was genuinely kind and caring, even on the phone. Alejandra reviewed my mom's purchase records and gave me good, professional advice on how to proceed with mom's vision insurance. I cannot recommend the associates at the Morganton Vision Center highly enough!!! Thank you to every one of them!!!

I went in at 4:30pm on a Friday and they were finishing with a customer with the gate down. I asked if they were closed for the day. I was told they were closed for lunch. They're only open until 7pm. Closing for lunch at 4:30 doesn't make sense. I didn't have time to wait 30 minutes, so I left.
Was very very happy with the service until I went to pick up my glasses. For some reason, the prescription isn’t working on the glasses that I got they kept adjusting and readjusting and finally said they had to take them back and try to start all over again. Or perhaps I would have to get my eye exam done again. I am not getting exam again because I’ll have to pay for it and they aren’t cheap. I was shocked that they would even suggest that would be an issue to cure the problem. Will not return here after I get this situation taken care of
Rushed me and my daughter. Took them 1 year to get my glasses they forgot to send in the order. I called for 1 year trying to get them to help me. They were rude will never go back. My daughter has Medicaid she was able to choose from a few pairs so she picks one that was approved for her doc said oh no those don’t look good and picked out the ones he thought she should have she did not like them and would not let her get the others even though insurance approved the other glasses she wanted.
I had been burnt in the past 2 times, and now a 3rd time. The exam felt rushed didn't feel Right being so rushed. The lady in the eyeglasses part was very helpful.Wasted money yet again just gonna continue to use my dollar store readers At least I can see out of them.
