I had a very wonderful experience here today after previously struggling with a different place. I let the doctor know I was upset with my prior experience at a different company and he assured me he was going to take good care of me. He was very respectful and I was able to be seen very shortly after arriving. I appreciated the time he took to sit with me and do my exam properly. I left feeling very satisfied with my experience and I definitely recommend this office and optometrist over Americas Best any day. Thank you so much.
Two years ago, I absolutely loved this Walmart’s eye center and staff. My five year old needed new frames and after a traumatic experience elsewhere, they were amazing. They talked to my daughter on her level, asked her about her thoughts. They talked to her directly and recommended that her number one priority should be the fit/how they felt on her face and that her number two priority be the frame’s appearance. It was wonderful. She and I left very happy. I recommend this particular eye center to anyone who has a child with glasses. We’ll be going back again to get her new pair.
This review is so overdue. I came to Durham for my homecoming and left all my contacts at home. I ran to Walmart and was handled quickly with a smile. I know my attitude was getting the best of me because of my mistake, but they made it all better. Thanks guys!!!!!
I took my brand new blue Wayfarers to have the lenses switched out with prescription ones and they COMPLETELY broke the frame to pieces. To add insult to injury they literally glued them back together with super glue (YES SUPER GLUE!) and smiled as they handed them back. Then I was told that Ray-Ban would replace them under warranty which is NOT true. This is my first and last enconter with this store.
