The staff are amazing!!! They need a bigger vision center so they can grow, with their increasing customer base!
Amanda the trainee at the Walmart in Marion NC is absolutely kind and very helpful!! She makes the place warm and comfortable! She works very hard and has such a sweet disposition. She set me up a schedule to meet the Dr that worked for me. And was very helpful in finding out if my insurance would cover my visit! She helped me pick out a super cute set of glasses that framed my face very well. Will definitely always come here to get my eyes checked and get new glasses!
Loved the service!! Loved the prices, and I loved the quality of the glasses!! 10/10 recommend
They "fixed" my glasses and made them worse than they were. Literally put an arm on my glasses that opens at a 180 degree angle. I went back and the staff was super rude and wouldn't even listen to me talk and just kept repeating there was no licensed optician available. Which, fine, I don't even understand why you are there if you can't help anyone with glasses. A simple apology and telling me WHEN someone could help would have gone a LONG WAY instead of cutting me off and referring me to a sign!! I won't be back anyways since even when someone is available you can't do the job right!!
