I would not recommend this site..they processed my insurance and after months I received my glasses I was sent another statement saying I still owed money because of my insurance. They ran my insurance before the purchase of my glasses. So that's on them. I will not pay the difference. Plus the eye pieces are larger than the frames, which I've been back numerous times trying to get them right....I WOULD NOT recommend walmart vision...its all about the dollar...

This is the worst and rude people that run this business in Walmart my first initial appt was April 19th I didn't get my glasses until June 25th. They look down on ppl that has Medicaid and they don't care Abt how loud they talk Abt your personal business. I had to call twice Abt are my glasses when I called and ask Abt are my glasses and the receptionist tell me your insurance was approved and theyre not in which made me knew it was weird stuff bc why this woman telling me my insurance was approved when I wasn't worried Abt the insurance being approved bc FIRST OFF THEY WOULDNT OF LOOKED OR TOUCHED ME THAT DAY IF MY INSURANCE WASNT APPROVED who don't know that....it was just a matter of putting me on hold even longer of getting my glasses they tell me they called the day before and they did but ASK ME WHY.....WHEN THEY CALLED ME THEY CALLED WITH THEIR NUMBER RESTRICTED!!! when we all know if we get unknown calls we don't answer and I didn't bc when I called to set the appt I called and left a message they called back and the number wasn't restricted the number and name appeared It came off as they wanted to prolong and stretch out my wait time even more after 2 months of me on hold. Then when I picked them up FINALLY after 2 months THEY NOT THE GLASSES I PICKED OUT AND THEY HAVE THE BIFOCAL indent in the lens AND THE ASST WANTED AGAIN TO MAKE IT KNOWN IM ON MEDICAD BC HER EVERY OTHERS WORD WAS MEDICAD AS IF SHE DELIBERATELY THIUGHT SHE WAS EMBARRASSING ME (AND I WASNT) BUT ITS JUST HOW LOUD AND RUDE SHE WAS AFTER GIVING ME THE GLASSES THEY WANTED ME TO HAVE.... If you want a more better business and not the game back and forth, playing mind games, and the lies and 2 month delay, the rudeness PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FIND ANITHER EYE PLACE. THE DOCTOR HIMSELF NOT FRIENDLY he didn't give me my results until I asked didn't explained anything until I ask Ive seen other eye doctors and when they checked my eyes they came back with a thorough diagnosis and results him he check your eyes he write it up and didn't even tell me or explain anything he found gave me my discharge papers at the desk and that's was it. I think he's on auto pilot bc he's non stop from patient to patient Bottom line if you can FIND ANOTHER EYE PLACE TO GO TO BC THEY ARE LOUD AND RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL
Best prices around. Our technician Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Very happy with the vision center. It’s probably the only good thing In Walmart anymore.
Poor service went to buy just the frame like I have done many times before, (kids break glasses and I like having extra frame on hand to pop out the eye piece so I can put their prescriptions one in the non broken frame) was turned down immediately and was told they can't do that went to another walmart was able to buy frames.... you can buy the frames they just can't pop out the prescriptions one and put those in for you. Thats the only thing they can't do. Which is understandable but for them to turn you down for just wanting to buy frames that poor customers service.... do better wlamart vision center.
I’ve been wearing glasses for 5 or 6 year’s! Had the best experience today i ever had… Every pair of glasses I’ve ever bought have been either to big or to small… Alicia hooked me up with the perfect fit, she’s very knowledgeable and friendly! I would rate it 10 stars if i could!
