Walmart Vision Center

I was so surprised at the absolute fantastic eye exam I had today at Walmart. I never had one so complex. I felt so well cared for when I left there. They have beautiful reasonable frames and great people to help.

Had a great experience today with John in the vision center while looking for new glasses for my mom. John went out of his way to repair her old glasses free of charge. Would highly recommend checking them out, great prices and large selection and best of all John's great service!!!

I will not do a review just will have fun. I set up an appointment to see Dr. Myers. Why you cause someone said I need glasses. What do you mean I drive I work on machines I fish I grill I bird watch. What do you mean I need glasses. Didn't you say yes Ma'am when talking to a grown man didn't you ask why is a little girl working behind the desk. Doc asked have I ever wore glasses. Ok Doc I need to be truthful. I had glasses when I was a kid I broke them cause I didn't want to wear them. I had contacts to pass my permit test. I never wore them after the test. I had a pair of glasses about 15 years ago wore them a couple of times then tossed them in the drawer. I would recommend Cypress Eye Care to any who needs to see a Doc for their eyes.

Bought a pair of glasses at Walmart in Florida 2 years ago. Recently a screw snapped and I went to half a dozen optical stores to try to get them fixed, but all claimed it was impossible because the way it had broken. Finally went to this Walmart for one last try. The tech guy took them in the back while I had a nice conversation with his boss. Ten minutes later, they were repaired. Really nice guys and really truly appreciated the effort. Thank you.

Elite customer service. My family and I have been coming to Walmart Vision center in Rockaway NJ for many years now. Everyone has been extremely helpful and pleasant. Diana and John are great folks, and have always gone the extra mile to help me and my family. We are often greeted by name, and we feel like we're part of the family.
