Walmart Vision Center

I had a great experience at this vision center! The service was perfect from start to finish. Danitza was especially kind and attentive—she made the whole process of ordering new glasses smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The staff here were amazing! So patient with my son who was freaking out and did everything to accommodate us to make him more at ease. They never rushed us, took their time to find an alternate solution when he didn’t respond positively to getting a measurement. Even called his doctor to try and get the information for us. Just truly compassionate individuals and great service!

My wife got her new glasses from this location and they were wonderful with her. Their attention to detail and genuine concern was very compassionate. Rosanna Vargas was very sweet with my wife. Very thorough. My wife is disabled and Rosanna made her feel heard and special. Such awesome service!!!

Well to start the entire team was very helpful. The nice blond blue lady help me set up the appointment, Dr Emil was very thorough explaining what every scan of they ment and what I should keep an eye on for. Both Mrs. Danitsa and Roxanne helped me look for glasses that fit and explained to me about sales and options for my glasses. Overall the team is very friendly and helpful to the customer I would recommend this location to all of my friends .

I see negative reviews here about the manager, Angie. I don't know if I've had any interaction with her, but everyone I've worked with at this location has been super friendly and accomidating, most recently I worked with Joonho. I've had my past 3 pairs of Ray Ban frames filled here, and have to say that my experiences have been really pleasant. I've been pleased with how helpful everyone has been, as well as the quick turn around time and the quality of their work. I would recommend this location to anyone who asks.
