My experience with James was outstandingly awesome. He has a great personality and even though my prescriptions came in late James always kept me updated. Thanks brother James because my job got easier with my new glasses.I do highly recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for great customer service and support because James and his crew are always welcoming and helpful. We had a great visit at Walmart Vision at Blue Diamond, from the Opthalmologist, the front desk receptionist and the assistant, to the vision center where we got the glasses. Gary was very friendly and patient with us. We tried to get a few glasses but on a certain budget and he was able to work with us patiently. You can tell he loves what he does because he does his service with a smile. It warms my heart to be server by people like him. Their Manager James and his coworker Elsa were equally as nice. Thank you guys for all you do.

James is simply amazing - I am able to play a beautiful piano recital tonight because he helped me get last minute contacts, when local optometrists couldn’t. He saved my day!

Brought my dad here for some updated glasses and the amazing optician Gary Lam helped us out. We had an excellent experience and he spent so much time with us. From suggesting frames to selecting lenses. Thank you for being so kind and helping us !
