Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. So glad I see Lisa at Albion vision center for my glasses great service and always helps me pick the perfect glasses for me! Then when I had an oops I thought I was doomed. I set them on her counter and she said ....what did u dooooo! Within 20 min I was on my way wearing my glasses instead of carrying in my purse lol. Thanks Lisa you are the best
My husband needed new glasses. While my husband was getting his eye exam, I was asked by one of the workers there what relationship I was to him! (Really was none of anyone's business and a very inappropriate question!!) Then when we went back to pick up the glasses, my husband tried them on and TOLD the dark haired girl (apparently the one who had wanted to know what relationship I was to my husband) that the arm needed to be adjusted so it was closer to his head. She left, came back, my husband tried on the glasses, the girl left to do something else. My husband said she she did not do what he had asked her to and asked me to explain it to her. She came back, I explained to her what he had wanted her to do and she was very nasty to me and said, "He has to put them back on, I will not be making any adjustments on your instruction!!" There was absolutely no reason for her to get an attitude with me!!!! We will NOT be going back or recommending this Vision Center to anyone EVER again because of her attitude!! PS: There are only two girls that work there, one is a blond the other is dark haired.

I live in Medina and would go to Albion for my glasses, I now have to go to Batavia for them because they no longer have an optician in Albion. They should just close the eye center at the Albion Walmart
