I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart location. I’ve attached photos to clearly show the issue. Several items were displayed with a marked price, but when scanned at checkout, they rang up at a higher, regular price. When I brought this discrepancy to the staff’s attention, they refused to honor the displayed pricing. The situation escalated when a manager was called. Unfortunately, the level of customer service was poor. The manager appeared disengaged and unwilling to assist, and dismissed the concern by stating that the sticker was not theirs, even though multiple identical items had the same pricing label. She called her staff and they agreed the manager was wrong verbally when I checked it out myself. This reflects a lack of proper training and accountability in management. Customers should be able to trust displayed prices and expect respectful, solution-oriented service when issues arise. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Other Walmart stores provide a much higher standard of customer service and overall shopping experience.

I wanna complain. I am a law, abiding citizen. I’ve never stolen anything in my life and frankly, I’m very tired of going into this Walmart. and spend a good share of my paychecks in the store mind you. And either being followed around the aisles or at self checkout, being swarmed by people watching my every move you know if you’re so concerned about people stealing stuff then get rid of the self checkout and go back to cashiers cause frankly I’m sick of going in and being made to feel like a criminal. It’s very disrespectful to your patron i’m gonna put in a suggestion to top supermarket that they come to BROCKPORT and open a store They don’t treat their patrons like this Walmart does

Chris in fresh deli is so helpful and does a great job with boneless wings. She is greatly appreciated as I have ordered from her at least four times for parties and occasions and she always comes through big time. Thabk you Chris!!! Tyler

Employees are chipper and willing to help with finding items and when I asked for help lifting a 40lb. bag of cat litter into my cat, the employee at the exit contacted the vart boy to meet me. Definitely a great location to go to.

I would like to know what the Brockport store management is thinking when they shut down the belt self checkouts and only run the scan and go small ones. If it is to speed up outflow they are completely wrong. When someone is buying grocerys they take 3 times longer to checkout and it blocks up all of the small ones and pisses more people off.
