Do not get eye glasses from LakePlains. After only 2 years the coating on my eye glasses deteriorated and made my eye glasses unusable. LakePlains would not offer any remedy. A huge expense that is useless after 2 years.

I would have given it a zero if I could, but they are so unprofessional, the guy who answered the phone talked over me, cut me off and wouldn't allow me to expain myself and did not have a good besides manner. He said that they are obtaining another drs practice and although I called the same number to make the appointment as I did to cancel my appointment, there now telling me that I'm not even in the system and that I may be in the other drs system and he tried to give me a number to call because they didn't have any of the records of the dr who's practice they are taking over and merging with, that's just unprofessional and very confusing. I believe they also charge a $100 for no show and yet I called to cancel my appointment over the phone because I didn't see anything on their website where I could cancel and then I find out, as I mentioned, that I'm not even in their system haha 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
