Went for a first eye exam. Made my glasses. They weren't exactly what I needed for vision. Went back for a second check of vision and it seems to be very good at no charge so it was a good experience
I have always had a great experience at this location. Everyone is very courteous and professional. They got me in and out within a reasonable timeline. Can’t wait to be able to see better again!
Back in September I had an eye & contact exam that when I got there I realized the exam would be done via tele-health. I made the appointment because my left eye seemed blurry. I wasn't a huge fan of having the optometrist not in office and a person moving machines around. The Dr said my astigmatism corrected itself and my prescription had changed slightly. That was odd considering I told him i absolutely could not see at night. Eventually, I did get my glasses & trial contacts . I wore the glasses home and felt like I was looking through a fish bowl and still couldn't see like I should. The trial contacts were super uncomfortable and I still couldn't see like I should. I never recieved a follow up for the contacts. In the meantime, I went back to my old contact prescription and wore my 10yr old glasses. Yesterday. I couldn't take it anymore being blind. I got an appointment at Costco optical. Turns out I HAVE MODERATE CATARACTS both eyes. Im scheduled for surgery now. Long story short. DO NOT DO TELE-HEALTH EXAMS! what a waste of time and money.
My frames were in bad shape and my lens fell out. I went into visionworks and they put a new screw in to hold the lens but it fell out the next day I went back and they checked and my frames were still under warranty after 8 months and they replaced the frames now I'm very happy thank you visionworks
