Horrible customer service! I Called they put me on hold for 20 minutes! I was already at Walmart shopping so I walked by the Vision center and the girls seemed to be doing more gossiping than working! So, I hung up and called back hiding my number and sure enough they answered the phone no problem and I told them I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and they said they were busy and I told them I just wanted to know if they accepted Davis Vision for insurance and she said know! However, I checked with Davis Vision and they said that they are part of their provider network! I had been going there for 20 years and paying out of pocket! I don't suggest anyone ever goes to this place! I guess they don't like having costumers or making money!
The doctor is great. Easy to call and get an appointment. Take most insurances. If they don’t the pricing is great so it’s probably less money anyway. Staff is willing to assist with out of network benefits.
I recommend coming here for your eye health needs. The doctor and the 3 staff members working with him were nice, helpful and informative. I couldn't use my insurance as it was out of state, due to us being in town for work. However, the prices were reasonable. The exams were quick and thorough. I most definitely would come back and urge others to do so as well.
This is the ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HORRIBLE place to go and get your eyes checked. They will swindle you every chance they get. They will claim they take insurance that they actually don’t. They will hold your script against your wishes and not send it in any way that’s feasible. I’ve never had such a horrible experience before with an eye doctor. I was trying to save myself money but in the long run I didn’t and I’m VERY unsatisfied. They are behind on the times and run their stuff in a very difficult way. I’m beyond furious and very unhappy with this vision center. I hope their doctor also leaves so this place can just shut down.
