There's a review on here where the person is upset that the doctor was annoyed by a child that was making a lot of noise during the exam. Please remember that there are ALWAYS (at least) two sides to a story. The doctor may have been trying to communicate to the person that if there turns out to be a problem with the patient's eyeglass prescription..... The doctor may have been trying to communicate that the exam was quite challenging because of the distraction of a crying child. The doctor really needs to be able to concentrate while doing the exam and listen to the patient's answers. If there's a crying loud child in the room that can be extremely distracting to the doctor. It really helps if adults can have a babysitter keep the children or child at home so that the adult can get a thorough eye examination without the doctor having to repeat questions/ instructions. It is sometimes difficult for many children to stay still and quiet for 40 minutes. I just hope members of the public can realize that the doctor had a very challenging exam that day, obviously. I have stopped by this vision center and I found the staff to be very pleasant, very nice and very helpful. The store is very clean. It looks like they have a nice frame selection.

Opens at 9am.... BS... Stood around till 9:25 only to be told they don't have a doctor and couldn't help me. Why the hell is this place even here?!?
Horrible service and very rude employee. Don't waste your time go somewhere else! Would give no stars if I could.
My kids and I have been going to this eye center for the last 6+ years. We won't go anywhere else! The eye doctor is the best. Staff are always nice. Whenever I have any issues with our glasses, they are quick to fix it. Appointments are usually farther out now because of a couple factors. 1. Before there were 2 doctors and now there's only 1. 2. There's alot more customers because like I said the doctor there is amazing!
My only complaint was that the last time I called for an appointment for exams for me and two of my kids, they were over a month and a half out. They used to get us in quickly, but after covid, the wait times became longer. Other than that, the eye doctor we saw was great and the exams for all three of us took less than an hour. The staff that helped us pick out our glasses were really helpful. They were also patient with my kids, so I appreciated that! Definitely recommend!
