Walmart Vision Center

I had the BEST experience today with my daughter,getting her first pair of eyeglasses. Inman era of poor,and declining customer service - we experienced two FRIENDLY PROFESSIONALS,at WALMART VISION CENTER‼️😄 Great young ladies with a ⭐️BRIGHT⭐️future at WALMART or wherever they choose to go. I’d encourage the management to 🔒 them both IN,as longterm team members because it speaks volumes,as they are usually the first seen personnel. Thanks again, Kim & Tay‼️😃

As I have stated in the past I am not a fan of this optical center but I do believe that recycling your gently used eye glasses 👓 is the right thing to do. There is a Lions club donations box in the front against the wall 🤓.

I'm excited I finally got my frames even got my frames one day early. Just one minor problem I got the wrong color frames, 😂 now luckily I love purple 💜 but I was actually supposed to have received those cranberry and crystal frames I featured. Those are the original frames I picked out not these purple frames I actually got. So I'll have to make another appointment later and purchase the cranberry and crystal frames because I really do still want those frames. It's just I've been without prescription glasses for too long to go without any longer because of a minor detail. If I couldn't see or they were ugly they'd be going back 🔙 😂. Thank goodness. I love them

I started getting my work glasses osha/street glasses here seven years ago and they've been the best glasses I've ever had. Spot on with my no line bifocals. Yes I had 1 pair not quite right but they rushed and got them right. For the savings they've worth it.

I stopped in and asked if I could schedule an appointment. *There were no customers and the lady was sitting with her head in her hand.* She looked up and said with the nastiest tone - no! I asked why and she said, the Physician was leaving in a few weeks and taking the records. I asked if they would get a new physician and she said yes. I asked if I could schedule with the new physician or if I could know where this physician was going since my records were going with her and she again said “no” and walked away.
