I ordered new lenses and after about eight days of wearing them, I noticed spots on the lense. I couldn't make it in right away, but I brought them in two weeks after first picking them up, and they used the warranty to get me a new pair. The second pair had spots the day after I picked them up. I went back, and they ordered me a new set for free. They agreed it was a manufacturing error. The third pair lasted nine days. I brought them in on day thirteen because I couldn't get to town sooner, but they wouldn't do anything this time. They said it couldn't have been them because it happened to three sets of lenses. They said I must have got chemicals on them because I clean for a living, even though it's not possible for that to be the problem because the second set were never around chemicals. I picked them up, went shopping, went home, and the next morning, before I went to work or did any cleaning, the spots were there. I took them to a second Optician, and after ruling out crazing, hairspray, and eyelashes touching the lenses, they agreed that it was a manufacturing error. They couldn't think of anything else it could be. I'm extremely careful with my glasses, and never leave them lying around. I wash them with soap and luke warm water, or cleaner for eyeglasses. I use microfiber cloths only. I've never had this issue with previous glasses, even though I've worked the same job and have been around the same chemicals the whole time I've worn glasses. I will never purchase another thing from this Optician's shop, and I'll be warning everyone I know away from them.

I’ve interacted with four different associates at this vision center and all were friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Frames are super reasonable, service is quick and consistent.

These five stars are for Veronica. Went in to get replacement glasses. I asked for a cheaper alternative and I walked out only paying $75 instead of the $150 I originally paid that included a warranty that was slipped in without my knowledge. I never get warranties on anything. It's like I was double charged at the time of my original purchase.

Like to thank Maritza for sorting out our insurance and copay when getting glasses. She took care of us going the extra mile instead of saying sorry. We got our prescription in and the insurance paid their part. Again, thank you.

The glasses I bought scratched when being wiped by the cloth that comes with glass cleaning kit. I've had cheap reading glasses hold up way better. When I finally got around to taking them back to complain, l was told I had 60 days from purchase date for them to do anything. That's not posted in their store and I was not informed by the sales person of this policy. I Was sold junk and feel ripped off. Won't shop there again. Gave one star, more than they deserve.
