It was our first experience getting prescription glasses for our son. The person who helped us was incredibly kind and gentle with our son. She helped us in the whole process giving us all the time we needed. I strongly recommend her and this place.

Dr. McCann is wonderful. She addressed my needs and took great care of helping me with my trial contacts. Then after my trial period was over, her team was awesome with helping me order my years supply of contacts. I have been coming here since 2007, Dr. McCann is by far my favorite.

I have gone to Walmart optical to get new glasses. The service in this location is great esspecially with Matthew. I got a new pair of glasses several years ago. He took a great amount of time helping me. When I got them they did not work for me. I took them back and Matthew exchanged them and got me into a great pair. He is very knowledgeable and CARING. I have worn glasses my entire life and I have never looked forward to shopping for a new pair. Matthew changed that for me. Walmart optical you have an employee that exemplifies customer service. A traight not easily found today.

So online reviews are horrible. Whoever "Amy" was, wasn't there when my daughter was seen and cared for. There were 3 men. All of them were very nice to us and the other people. We went on a Saturday (3/16/2019) morning and we arrived 10 minutes early and after filling out new patient forms we were seen immediately. Then we waited a whole 3 minites til the other person ahead of us was done with his exam. Exam was very thorough. Dr. Was great with my 10 yr old and we headed out to the front to pick out frames. Now my daughter felt they didnt have enough pink frame choices but shes 10. I felt the selection was plenty. From start to finish we had a great experience. Her glasses arrive 7 to 10 days and they said they would call us.

I had a great experience when I first came in, the doctor was thorough and very friendly. I had my first appointment and was told my contact trials would be in in about a week. I got a call about a week later and I went in to get my contacts...this is where they lose stars, I know it was past 7 pm and they close at 8 pm, but still...I walked in, no one was around, so I walked to the back and found a woman, Colleen, on her phone in the back, she seemed agitated I was there and said can I help you? I told her I was there to pick up my contacts, she asked me if I had a pick up ticket? When I told her no she sighed and walked to the front to look up my info...she was very short with me and when I had questions about ordering contacts since this was my first time there, she again seemed agitated. She really made me feel like I was an inconvenience, I may just order them from somewhere else to avoid dealing with her in the future.
