It was either here or Costco. I know for a fact that when i bought from Costco before, their people fit the glasses to your face and make sure you are taken care of. I went there before. But this time, i needed to save some money so off i went to walmart. I gave the prescription and got my frames and new lenses. I was presented them right from the box to try on. No custom fit to my face or anything. There are 6 different adjustments to make ( i googled it to make mine fit better). Nothing! horrible assistants who had to gather together in the back to figure out what to do , i guess. I think the only person holding this branch open is the work ethic of Catherine. She's the one who works the hardest because she cares about doing a good job. She's the one who makes up for the others who don't work. If you work, you know how it is. The person who works the best has to work MORE to make up for the others who DON"T work. Going here for glasses is something i won't do again. I can't rely on only one person helping me. She won't be there all the time. Go someplace else and spare the headache of having to come back again and spend more money. Just spend some money in the first place and get it correct from the beginning. Nightmare. Kids just don't care about work and this place shows it. Sorry. But not really. If i were Catherine, I'd quit. As i read the earlier reviews, it seems the drs in the back are alright, but the front staff don't care about you. I can attest to this. Enter at your own risk. You were warned.

Over the past two weeks, I started noticing flashes in the corner of my eye along with floaters. On Friday (April 10), I visited Dr. Douglas O’Connor. He carefully performed a series of thorough examinations and diagnosed a vitreous horseshoe tear. He strongly advised that I seek immediate laser treatment to prevent the condition from worsening. What truly stood out was that he went above and beyond—he personally called multiple nearby eye clinics to find a doctor who could see me right away, but unfortunately none were available. In the end, he was able to secure an appointment for me at Wills Eye Hospital in Center City Philadelphia. I successfully underwent laser surgery there the very same day. Dr. O’Connor is a truly caring and dedicated physician. I would like to express my deepest gratitude for his timely help in saving my vision.

I tried to see the doctor and his assistant brushed me off saying he's very busy today sorry sbout that. Meanwhile my eye has been dilated for over 2 days and im getting worried. Even urgent care told me to see an eye doctor, though they dont want to see me apparently.

The care of the assistants is terrible and the doctor's leaves much to be desired. This is also the second time I've taken my son to this place. They gave me an appointment for 4:30 PM. We arrived at 4:20 and did the pre-check. The assistant told me the doctor would be available in a few minutes, so we waited without any problem. But half an hour went by and the doctor wasn't finished with the patient he was seeing, so I got up and asked the assistant what was wrong, if there was a problem. She told me, "You have to be patient," in a sarcastic and rude tone. And I told her, "I have no problem waiting, but my son is already desperate." It's been half an hour since our appointment and they simply haven't told us anything. I sat and waited for forty more minutes. My son was already completely desperate and anxious to leave the place. I asked the assistant again what was going on, and she told me the doctor was seeing someone at that moment. The doctor left with someone who clearly wasn't a patient. I think it was one of those visitors or a friend, I don't know. And they came back into the office. So I got up and left with my son. I was about to leave the establishment. The assistant came running after me and told me the doctor is now available and will be able to see you in 15 minutes. I told her 15 more minutes on top of all the time I've been waiting? And I said no, thank you, they've already made me wait too long, they're irresponsible and rude, so I left with my son and I hope I never come back and I don't recommend it to anyone.
