Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Absolutely fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center! The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The entire office staff was warm, welcoming, and made the whole process seamless. Communication was top-notch from start to finish. On top of that, they have a fantastic selection of glasses frames to choose from. Highly recommend!
Disappointed, if you have Medicade or CHIP, they do not have frame options, I went to Visionworks they have a great selection to choose from. NO $ OUT OF POCKET! I am also adding that the Dr. Prescribed the wrong prescription, went to Visionworks for a RECHECK because I new my prescription was not as I've had for over 20yrs. I WAS CORRECT! Same situation with my son. NOT GOING TO BE A RETURNING PATIENT.
I had been there to order new glasses and for a check up. During the payment my card did not go through and yet my card was working. My walmart pay did not work and even my mom had used her walmart pay. The costumer service and vision employee both had blamed the payment on my mother and I. Even though after I bought something from the store in general with my card. I have been going with my mom since high-school. The employees are ignorant and rude for no reason. Instead of finding ways to help they act like they need to prove us wrong.
All the staff are helpful but Paul and Dr. Myers are the best! Great prices too! I live over an hour away from there, but I like them so much that it's worth the drive!
I had a great experience with Holly, the optician. When I went to pick up my glasses, subsequent to all my exams, she was gracious, she was helpful, she made adjustments and assured me that getting used to them would make all the difference. I think Holly did a great job.
