Worst Wal Mart! No shopping carts near the store entrance. Employee told us to find one in the parking lot- not nice for elderly. A lot of empty shelves and disorganized. Longer line for self checkout. At least our cashier was nice.
Called to make an appointment was treated horrible by a female employee on the phone. She refused to help me schedule an appointment and hung up. I tried to call back several times immediately after and no one answered the phone. Worse place ever
Horrible service! My wife to Walmart in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, 4 times to get an eye exam and glasses and she was told they had no space for her and to come back the next day, early morning. She went there every morning, each day after, and was denied service because they say there is no space for her and to come back the next day, early morning, again! My wife informed them she has a serious health condition and cannot keep doing this but they didn’t care! She was left in tears! What kind of optical business does Walmart have in their store to allow them to do this to their customers?!!! Shame on you!
They have a good variety of frames . I had to wait too long but the service was outstanding.
Keeping a conversation between employees is more important than customer service. Waited 5 minutes with no response from employees. Sad.
