Walmart Vision Center

Very convenient for a quick eye exam. At many hospitals, the receptionists are unable to put in my insurance card (it is a company coverage). However at this center, Inez was super helpful. She is the first person I've met who didn't need 40min to figure out what my insurance card was through. She just took a glance and knew right away! She was also very helpful in explaining to me how, in the future, I can help other medical staff put in my insurance card information (since usually, it takes a whole team to figure out how to put in my insurance information at any other clinic/doctor's office).

Sat on my glasses and I thought they were un fixable but I brought them in and the nicest young lady Aleisha worked on them and fixed them like they were new again! And free of charge! Thank you guys so much. It's a pleasure working with you.

Fantastic service at the Indian Land Walmart Vision Center. Great prices on glasses for my 11 year old son. Take 2 of my children there for eye exams. (Ages 15 & 13) My husband and Mother-in-Law get eye exams and glasses there as well. Love the staff. Ask for Doris, she’s wonderful.

Mark the technician, the tall elderly Caucasian guy who works on the glasses will benefit from customer service training/ re-training. He comes across as wanting to make decisions for the client instead of giving them the information they need to make informed decisions on their own. He also did not give me the time and space to pick my son’s frames: I felt very rushed. There’s a lot missing with his mannerism and how he interacts with customers. I did not feel welcome and he acted as though our presence was an annoyance. Also, not only did he write down my son’s birthday incorrectly, he also wrote my husband’s name written incorrectly and had a hard time finding them in the system. I visited on 04/19/2021

The lady who helped my husband definitely had an attitude and did not want to please the customer. As leaving the store, I over heard the employee tell another co-worker everything that we had discussed with her. She was very disrespectful and very rude. I was standing right there and could overhear everything she was saying about me. I will never do business with this vision center again. This happened on 8/1/2018 early morning.
