I'm rating the GLASSES area...Benny and Samantha. I went to Walmart to purchase a frames repair kit, because I lost an unusual size screw out of my frames & wearing my rx sunglasses to see. A WM assoc & myself had a hard time finding the one kit left in stock. After checking out I saw the vision care and all the repair kits hanging in front of WM V&G..I mentioned to folks working inside. Benny so kindly took care of me & my broken frames while also giving me helpful answers about my insurance. I walked out wearing my regular rx glasses, not sunglasses. I love meeting people eager to help others, Thank You Benny!!

We've been seeing Dr. Juliano for a coupla decades now and she's ALWAYS polite, THOROUGH, and extremely helpful. Way back when (20 Years ago maybe?), she told me I had a freckle in one of my eyes.. since then, If another Eye Doctor sees me and doesn't mention that freckle, i get concerned... they always go back to take another look when I mention it, and find it once they're looking for it. I was seen last year at an eye doctor in Charleston SC (Where we live now), who charged me $900 for an eye exam and putting lenses in frames I already had... The prescription is so bad that we drove all the way across the state to see Dr. Juliano this time.. she fixed me right up, with eye exam, new lens prescription, and I even got new frames, all for under $300. I CAN SEE SMALL STUFF AGAIN!!! Dr. Juliano is worth the drive!!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! My insurance company dropped Dr. Juliano's practice from their preferred list this year. 😭😡 It is okay though, because I will pay out of pocket no matter what just to be able to have her as my doctor!!! She knows my history, she's compassionate, she's thorough, and very professional. Yes, I've been to other eye doctors who didn't get my prescription correct and were not friendly at all, so when I saw Dr. Juliano I the first time I knew she was the doctor for me. As for the employees in the vision center where I have my prescription filled, they are awesome, professional, and very helpful!!
I don’t see any recent reviews so I thought I’d review Dr. Juliano. She is wonderful. I have been going to her for several years. She is really understanding and precise. She is wonderful with my 12 year old daughter. Last year my husband signed us up for eye insurance and I was not able to use her. The doctor I used was horrible and messed up my daughters prescription which I think messed her up in school and seeing the class work. Paid out of pocket to go back to Dr. Juliano and she fixed everything and my daughter could see properly. Also found out that the eyeglasses I thought I ordered for her were incorrect. I also go to Dr. Juliano and will never go elsewhere unless she moves or retires.
I had unknowingly gotten metal in my eye at work one day and went to urgent care after several days of pain etc and received a drawn out visual and eye drops, I proceeded to seek a eye exam to get glasses as well and there were no availability’s in the time frame I needed so walked in and received a exam in a timely manner. Dr Juliano I believe asked me about my situation and within -5 seconds she noticed a small piece of metal in my eye. Then without hesitation offered to remove the metal and was very precise about it. And patient with me struggling to keep my eye open. It was immediate relief. I then got the exam done and have a been very pleased with the experience I had, though it was miserable prior. Lesson learned, wear eye protection.
