I have gone to the Walmart vision center for over 6 months and every time I've been told that there is no Doctor available to do eye exams!

I was on vacation in Manning and had a contact lens emergency, I called their vision center at 6 pm and by 930 the next morning, my problem was resolved. Very friendly and hardworking employees.

I was told they accept walk-ins and after I drove 30 minutes there, a really nice young lady told me they don’t. I’m not sure who I was speaking to on the phone when I called but they misinformed me. The employee I spoke to in-store was really nice about the situation and explained that I couldn’t be seen till the end of February. I’ll just have to find somewhere else to go.

Just spoke to a lovely associate named Grey who made the entire conversation feel like a chat between friends. They answered all my questions in depth and had every answer I was looking for. Just wanted to shine a light on some great customer service!
