The optical section has knowledgeable staff that didn't shy away from my extreme prescription and helped me get a pair of glasses that complimented my eyes. They also offer a self-pay discount that lessened the blow of the cost of such a strong prescription.
Dr. King and Dr. Goodson are both extremely knowledge and truly take the time and care with their individual patients. I’ve seen both doctors for separate problems and have had no complaints. The staff seems efficient and works well together!
Lazy customer service. Been calling calling and calling to make an appointment for weeks now and not one single stuff in that office can pick up the phone to make that happen. I tried calling again today and literally someone pick up and hung up the phone on me not a "hello" or "please hold"....WOW!!! The office needs to hire a new staff and get rid of the lazy ones that there. Ridiculous I cant get through no one just to make an appointment.if they dont want my business nor support Ill take as a sign and go somewhere else.
Dr. Goodson has been extremely good and fast and getting me to a retina specialist. He identified the problem knew I needed to see a specialist asap and he made it happen. He didn’t waste no time.
Great office!! Dr Goodson and his staff were excellent, got all my insurance figured out for me and his assistant Sandra along with Dr Goodson took such good care of me! I’ll recommend this office to anyone and everyone!
