Dr West and her staff are friendly and are very helpful. I was nervous about changing my optometrist, but she and her staff made the transition easy. She takes time and listens to your concerns and issues.

Dr. West is a wonderful eye specialist and keeps track of my eye pressure as well as the slow growing cataract. She makes sure my prescription is up to date and when the change is very small, leaves it up to me to decide whether I truly need new glasses or can wait until the change is more significant.
Dr. West and her staff are fantastic. The care is personalized and as a patient they really try hard to make sure your vision is the best it can be. The staff really takes their time with customers trying to get fitted for new glasses frames as well.
