Dr. Carla, Ramona, Phoebe, and Cindy are absolutely INCREDIBLE. I had laser eye surgery in my 20s and, after turning 40 last year, finally decided to enroll in vision insurance and get my eyes checked again. I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in decades, so I was a little anxious, but the entire team put me at ease right away. Dr. Carla was kind, knowledgeable, and patient, answering every question I had. Ramona and Phoebe were just as friendly and helpful throughout the process. Cindy in the vision center is truly wonderful—caring, personable, and incredibly thorough. She has helped me pick out three pairs of glasses (distance, readers, and now bifocals) and clearly explained what my insurance does and doesn’t cover. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Carla and the entire staff at the Walmart Vision Center. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning next week to pick up my new bifocals.

I love getting my glasses at this vision center! They are all so helpful and pleasant! Also, this is the third pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses that I have purchase here, and they did an excellent job with the prescriptions each time! Also, Dr. Carla Jones, O.D., has her office right there and she is great! This makes it very convenient to take care of all vision needs at the same time! This is an amazing vision center and I recommend it, highly!
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They took care of my sons new prescription glasses in less than 3 days. His glasses had broke. I am so glad that they took care of my sons new glasses so fast. Thank you so much and it is always a pleasant experience here.
I’m so glad I can to this location. It’s such a Blessing.. so, what I can and will say is this, Ms. Carla the eye specialist and Ms. Barbara the receptionist are by far the best place to visit. Ms. Barbara was very patient and very helpful with trying to get my (confusing insurance token care of as she went beyond past time helping me during my appt. She spoke with respect and professionalism, so caring and polite. I’ve Never had this kind of Professional experience when I use to live in NY yrs ago dealing with eye doctors in many locations there , then came here to Clarksville, TN and I felt Rushed at other locations . But, not at this location at Walmart fort Campbell. Ms. Carla will be my eye care doctor. She is very nice and patient and knowledgeable about her job. She didn’t rush and wasn’t rude. I like Nice, Patient, Friendly ppl. Words just can’t express the gratitude you ladies made me feel today upon my appt visit today. Thank you again☺️
My wife scheduled an appointment a few days ago for 9am today, May 3, 2018. She had previously called to cancel but in the same phone call realized that she would be able to make it and told the receptionist not to cancel because she would be there. When my wife arrived today an older African American woman was the receptionist on duty. This woman became irrate and aggressive toward my wife and yelled that my wife wasn't supposed to be there because she canceled the appointment. She then shoved a clipboard at her with new patient paperwork on it and again in an aggressive manner told my wife to fill it out. My wife is not a new patient as she had just seen the doctor last week. When my wife notified the receptionist of this, the receptionist yanked the clipboard away from my wife and threw it against the wall behind her. She then loudly told my wife to sit down. All of this happened while there were two children in the same room waiting to see the doctor. The Wal-Mart staff were reluctant to deal with this clown of an employee and said only that they would speak with her. Well lady, I hope you have another job lined up because your corporate safety office is now fully aware of your inappropriate behavior. If you are still working there within a week we will happily call again and speak with someone even higher. I don't care how bad your day is going. You don't treat customers like that.
