Walmart Vision Center

The vision center is awesome! I got lenses in two pairs of frames and they came in very quickly. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and all around good service. Highly recommend :)

Doctor forgot to write my whole prescription down, got my glasses of course couldn't see anything. When asked how in the world he forgets to put in my bi focal part no answer. The ladies in the doctors office was rude and the girl out front was also rude. They refunded my glasses but they would not refund the eye exam until the store manager got involved and she refunded my exam. If you go do not go when Dr. Davis is not in, his fill in has absolutely no clue what hes doing! The normal doctor is wonderful. But his fill in and 2 of the staff cost him a customer.

Went to the clinic today with my wife they were great! They got me in and did my appointment in no time and then as I was picking out my new frames and getting everything situated for the order they looked at my wife's glasses and noticed they were broken(the left leg was gone) we talked about getting her an aptappointm next with our check but they did an amazing thing and went on and got her a new pair of frames at no charge to us at all! I couldn't ask for a better place to have an eye appointment at they went above and beyond any expectations we had.

Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else they have every excuse in the box to not help customers and just sit there.

I visited the vision center at Walmart in Lebanon TN on 10/25/22 to see if I could get my frames adjusted. I was helped by Maryland and Tracy. They adjusted my frames a little but it was mostly that I wasnt pushing them down far enough to my ear (getting used to wearing glasses). Both Maryland and Tracy were very professional and helpful, and the service was quick. I recommend this Vision Center in Lebanon to anyone purchasing there glasses for the first time because if you should need minor adjustments to them later you'll be very satisfied with the promptness and professionalism.
