The lady that helped me was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me while explaining the difference between things I had questions about. I got more for my money here then with my eye Dr center. Bonus less than a week new glasses are in! Picking up soon! If theres any issues I will redo the review.

My husband I went up there today to go get his eyes checked. And get a new pair of glasses. After getting checked he went on to get a new pair of glasses and wanted to replace his old ones with new lens as well. And of course it is expensive but that’s not my complaint. The problem is the woman named Carol that’s in her 50’s apparently has never worked in optics before is just thrown into handling my husband’s glasses and keeps calling for help to ring him up only to Take 45mins and not knowing what anything she was doing means. Then she brakes me husbands old pair saying it was our fault and we have to pay. If I could give this a zero I would but one star will still be enough.

The associate Laura, helped me in picking out my glasses and once they came in she made sure the fit my nose and had perfect alignment before I left the store! Others there were knowledgeable and easy to work with as well

Couldn't be happier. Dr Moore did a good job. Very friendly. Went out front for the glasses. Great selection, skilled and friendly sales folk. I highly recommend Walmart on 411.
