Great experience at the Walmart Vision Center! Guadalupe Tapia was so sweet and helpful during my glasses fitting and took the time to answer all my questions. When I picked up my glasses, Dunia Rubio was incredibly nice and welcoming. Truly fantastic customer service from both!
I called to inquirie about ordering my son's glasses over the phone and was told that I could come in and pay to order them and they'll have his information ready. After the great customer service over the phone I was extremely sadden by the horrible in person customer service. I came in around 4:50pm Friday evening and observed 3 employees two working with customers and one (Carmen) on the phone. After ending her call she walked over to another station handled something on another phone hung up chatted with other employees and NO ONE EVER ACKNOWLEDGED me standing there. I interruptted their conversation to ask if I went to another location could they find my son's information and they all answered yes and NEVER offered to help. I had to drive twenty minutes to another Walmart to get service. I will NEVER come or recommend anyone to this location!!!!
Elissa and Jorge were the absolute best! They really took the time to explain everything to my parents. Guadalupe (equally awesome) walked around and helped both of them to pick out their glasses. Thank you for your patience. We will definitely be back!!
I have been coming here for 20 years....first for myself, and now for my whole family. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They never rush and always give good advice. They work with my insurance to get my family the best deals on glasses and contacts. I love the frame selection and my husband loves his prescription sunglasses he got here. Great job Walmart, on hiring these wonderful people!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dunia & she was really sweet & attentive. She was really patient & helped me choose my frames after 8 selections we narrowed it down to one. Her attention to detail & customer service were excellent.
