Walmart Vision Center

This vision center is phenomenal! From the eye exam to ordering my glasses, it was a smooth transition all the way. Bertha Pacheco was especially great. She helped me pick out two pairs of glasses, and was absolutely delightful! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and helped me feel good about the frames I picked out. She also took the time to explain how the various add-ons to my prescription would benefit me, like the blue light protection. That is a bonus since my works requires lots of screen time, from the computer to my phone. Bertha is so great that I decided to buy a third pair and asked for her help. If anyone is looking to get an eye exam or buy new glasses, Walmart Vision Center is the place to go. I highly recommend them, and ask for Bertha! :-)

Always simple and easy. Been using them for years, all the people there are knowledgeable and kind. You wont find better prices. Teresa Batt assisted me with my glasses and subsequent sunglasses and she made it a fun and quick experience.

Bertha Pacheco and the team were very helpful as I had been looking for complimentary frames for over a year. She even demonstrated how a frame can be steamed in order to slightly loosen the fit. She also ironed out details with my unique prescription and triple checked my measurements. I appreciated her attention to detail, and uplifting professionalism.

Today we had an amazing experience at Walmart Vision Center! Bertha Pacheco and her coworker were extremely kind, patient, and helpful while helping us choose the perfect glasses for my kids. Absolutely wonderful customer service, personal care and expertise provided by Bertha at Walmart Vision & Glasses in Georgetown! I recently purchased my second pair of glasses and couldn’t be happier with the frames and lenses I selected! Along with Bertha (who also directed me to the style and size that I was looking for as well as fully explained my insurance coverage with the upgrades I was selecting), the department manager Yvette was very pleasant and stepped in to provide additional input to my questions! Alice (who helped me with my first purchase 18 months ago) was also encouraging me with the choices I was making this time around! Alice was a part of the team effort too!
