We walked in & were immediately greeted by Kassandra who helped us get started on selecting my son’s glasses. When he had made his choice she was not available, so Tye stepped in to help us. She was kind & very helpful throughout the process. Both were very pleasant through our time in the vision center.
Went Alvin Walmart today for a repair on my glasses. I thought it was hopeless but Kristine Burns is awesome. Confident & knowledgeable & she had them fixed quickly. Great employee & I wanted to recognize her!
As a first time glasses wearer I was unsure about all things related to glasses. Cassandra went way above the call of duty to help me pick out frames, explain the process, measure my eyes and reassure me. All while smiling and being happy. She is a treasure.
