They did not take care of me my glasses were crumbled and told me a lie that I would have to pay for a brand new frame which was false I went to another reliable store and they gave me a new frame adjusted my frame for me and it was done the same day I was there im asking anyone who want a reliable and no lie optical to please do not go to this location you will get nothing but misleading information it seem like they were trying to pocket money.

RICHELL has always been excellent. Her costumer service skills are top tier. When you walk up to the counter at the vision center she will be there greeting you with a smile. She always stays positive no matter who comes.

He made sure everything fit just right and took the time to explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Had a wonderful experience with Isabel. My daughter kept setting her glasses down on tables lenses down and so they got all scratched up. Once we taught we her not to do that and always use a case we came in to ask if our warranty covers replacing her lenses. Isabel talking us through the process and got the new ones ordered. Less than a week later they were in and Isabel replaced them and took extra time to help my daughter find a glasses case that was perfect for her.
