Mylah helped me repair my glasses and did an excellent job. She was patient, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly and fit comfortably again. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. Great customer service—I left feeling well taken care of. VJ

Fran was one of the nicest and most helpful people that’s I’ve worked with trying to find the right frames I would recommend her everytime
Mylah was amazing! Great customer service and patient with me and my kids ❤️
I would not recommend Dr. Tri Vuong next door to the glasses place. I recently brought my children in for their yearly eye exams, and I was shocked by how unprofessional he was—especially when dealing with kids. During the exam, he accused one of my children of lying about his vision, which is completely unacceptable behavior from a healthcare professional. What’s even more confusing is that just a year ago, this same child was prescribed glasses by Dr. Vuong. When I brought that up, he dismissed it and claimed that kids “just like glasses and lie.” That’s incredibly disrespectful and raises serious concerns—either he misdiagnosed last year or he's now making assumptions without properly evaluating his patient. Whether he was having a bad day or not, there's no excuse for speaking to a child that way. As a parent, I expect professionalism, consistency, and respect—none of which we experienced at this appointment. Save yourself the trouble and find an eye doctor who knows how to treat patients—especially children—with the care and dignity they deserve.
Shout out to Steven for his great customer service last weekend. I had so many questions and he answered them all. He was very kind, patient and informative. I was able to get my contacts and glasses prescription filled. I needed help picking out glasses and he asked one of the lady workers to help with picking out frames, she immediately picked out a great pair that fit me perfectly. I hate I didn't get her name ss well. Keep up the great work. Your hard work is not going unnoticed.
