I bought a pair of Meta Glasses here around July 8th, and within two weeks, the left arm broke off in my hand. After spending roughly two hours “chatting” with Meta and Ray-Ban—without ever managing to speak to an actual human—I was told I wasn’t covered. Needless to say, I was less than thrilled. Then I walked into the optical department and spoke to Jamira (who sold me the glasses) Within five minutes, she had a replacement pair ordered—with my prescription AND transition lenses. She said it would be about 5 days, since my frame wasn’t in stock. THREE days later, they were ready, and I paid absolutely nothing. Jamira is phenomenal. She has an incredibly dynamic, caring personality and went above and beyond to solve a problem that, frankly, could have easily become a customer-service nightmare. She turned it into the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. She deserves a huge raise. In fact, if she ever wants to leave, I may have to poach her for my company! 😂 Thank you, Jamira, for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists. Five stars doesn’t quite seem like enough!
