I stopped by Walmart yesterday to have the nose pads replaced on my frames. Simon immediately stopped what he was doing and took the time to replace my eyeglass nose pads. Afterwards, he listened to me explain why I needed child sized glasses but had adult tastes in frames. He went out of his way checking every drawer for a pair of frames that might meet my needs. After I tried on a few pair and found some that met my needs he noted them in my file so that the next time I go in for a pair of frames they're already picked! He was attentive and respectful and I greatly appreciated that!

I had an emergency and badly needed an adjustment to my eye glass frames caused by a heavy object hitting my glasses square on. It was Saturday so I called my local Walmart Vision center here in League City. Stephanie spoke with me and calmed me down, assuring me that they could fix my frame and would be open until 6pm. I rushed over there and while Stephanie had been sent on break she relayed my situation to the vision center manager, Leeanna who recognized me by the way I rushed into the vision center. She greeted me with a smile and right away set about helping me. What a wonderful job she did. My glasses are once again sitting on my face accurately. I am so, so grateful for these helpful professionals. Keep up the good work and I will definitely refer others to you.
